Booking Process

  1. Initial Inquiry
    Fill out the contact form or send an email to get started. Include your event date, location, and type of event.

  2. Consultation Call
    SUMMERNGHT will schedule a call to learn more about your vision, timeline, music preferences, and any special requests.

  3. Quote & Contract
    After the consultation, you’ll receive a custom quote. Once confirmed, a signed contract and deposit will secure your date.

  4. Planning & Coordination
    Leading up to your event, SUMMERNGHT will work with you (or your coordinator) to finalize the playlist, schedule, and logistics.

  5. Event Day
    SUMMERNGHT arrives early to set up, runs the event smoothly, and keeps the atmosphere aligned with your values and goals.
